Refund & Return Policy

At FlavorHauted, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the customized and print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. However, we are committed to resolving any issues that arise under the following circumstances:

Refund or Replacement Eligibility

1. Damaged or Poor-Quality Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet quality standards, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will assist you promptly in arranging a replacement or refund.

2. Incorrect Item Received
Should you receive the wrong product or design due to a fulfillment error, we sincerely apologize. Kindly reach out to us via email, and we will ensure a swift resolution with either a refund or a correct replacement.

3. Incorrect Size Delivered
If the size delivered does not match what you ordered, please notify us right away. We will arrange for the correct size to be sent or offer a refund as per your preference.

4. Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within 30 days (U.S. orders) or 60 days (International orders), please email us. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

To initiate any of the above processes, please email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). Replacements follow our standard production timeline: 3 business days for processing and 10–20 days for delivery.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Because each product is made to order, certain conditions apply:

• Customer-Selected Errors
We are unable to accept returns or cancellations if the wrong size, color, or design was chosen at checkout. Please carefully review your order before finalizing.

• Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. If your order is still in the processing stage after this window, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests—but we cannot guarantee it once production has begun.

• Image Quality Complaints
All artwork used is printed at a high standard. Therefore, perceived image quality issues that do not involve technical defects are not valid reasons for return or refund.

Please Note

MajestyWears operates as a print-on-demand company. Our fulfillment process includes:

1. Order is placed.

2. Order is processed and printed (2–3 business days).

3. Package is shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL, or a similar courier (4–7 business days).

Once your order passes the 12-hour window, it moves into production and cannot be canceled. However, we encourage you to reach out—we’re always here to help and will support you however we can.
