REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At FlavorHauted, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for full details.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

⚠️ Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Select health & personal care items

3. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be issued under these circumstances:

  • The returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons not caused by us.

  • The return is requested after the 30-day window.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

5. DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment method.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.

  3. Check with your bank as processing delays can occur.

6. SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

7. EXCHANGES

We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective.

8. GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
