SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is successfully placed on InspirDG.com, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the order details. As soon as your package is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way. You can also select your preferred shipping method during checkout on the Order Information page.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, typically within 1–2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are non-operational, which may lead to minor delays.

During high-volume periods or peak seasons, processing time may take up to 3 business days or longer. Orders with incomplete payment or inaccurate shipping details may also be delayed.

3. SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse located at:

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all deliveries, ensuring reliable and timely shipment.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Your total delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 7–12 business days

  • Order Cutoff Time: 11:00 PM (local time)

5. SHIPPING FEES

  • Within the Continental U.S.: Standard Shipping – $5.99

  • International Orders: Standard Shipping – $7.99 (Shipping time varies by destination)

6. TRACKING INFORMATION

As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking email will be sent to you. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. Be aware that some carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking details in their system.

7. ADDRESS CHANGES

8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & NON-DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Delivery failed after multiple attempts.

  • Packages refused at the time of delivery.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided.

  • Tracking status shows “Delivered” but the customer claims non-receipt.

For any necessary changes, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order.

9. TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES

All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are not included in your order total and will be collected by the local carrier upon delivery.

FlavorHauted is not responsible for reporting or paying any local import charges. Please consult your local customs office for an estimate of any additional fees that may apply to your order.
